Following the successful book launch in 2006, the public launch of The Hoard of Mhorrer and The Secret War will take place on the 8th January 2009, at Waterstones, Orchard Square, Sheffield. It will include a talk and reading from the books, followed by a signing. The event will be ticket only (redeemable against the cost of buying a book) and numbers are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  Contact Sheffield Waterstones in Orchard Square for information or see Matt's Blog for further updates.

Matt gave a talk on the whole experience of being published under Macmillan New Writing, at the Bakewell Arts Festival, Tuesday 7th August 7:45pm, at the BAF Marquee - The interview was a livey and informative event which gave insight into Matt's imagination and his inspirations.

Matt has also dipped out of the fantasy genre for a spot of travel writing for the Daily Telegraph. Click here to read all about it!

Matt appeared on BBC Radio Sheffield on 26th November and again on 11th January. And more recently he took part in The Rony Robinson Show in February.
